Angie has specialised in Litigation across the spectrum since qualification as a Solicitor in 1989.
Originally in charge of the Litigation Department at the Hatchers Whitchurch Office she has handled a variety of cases from property disputes and contract claims to personal injury cases.
Over recent years she has had a particular interest in personal injury claims including head injury claims, multiple fractures, children’s claims and claims involving the Motor Insurers Bureau. Angie also deals with claims involving patients under The Mental Health Act and Fatal Accident Claims. She is registered as a Senior Litigator with APIL.
Angie is a member of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and a Member of Headway and currently deals with incidents resulting in the loss of cognitive function.
Born in Sheffield, Angie gained her law degree at Leeds University. She joined Hatchers in the late 1980's as an article clerk. She was made partner in the early 1990's.
Angie enjoys a challenge and has completed the British Isles Three Peak Challenge twice and has recently taken to cycling as her preferred exercise after undertaking the infamous Cat & Fiddle Challenge in October 2008. Angie is married with two children and enjoys family leisure pursuits such as playing tennis and skiing.
