Ian Johnson LL.B (Hons), LL.M, PGCE, FInst CPD.Barrister, formerly of Atlantic Chambers, Liverpool and 5 Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn, and counsel in Espinosa –v- Bourke and Another [1999] 2 FLR 747 CA (family provision) and in Jones –v- Jones and Another [2006] WLTR 1847 HC (testamentary capacity), now Senior Lecturer in Law at Liverpool John Moores University. Ian is an experienced CPD speaker, practitioner and academic having delivered courses for both CLT and BPP (Professional Education); he is also a consultant (probate and commercial property) to a firm of solicitors in Cheshire. |
