Advance Sponsors the Legal Wales Conference 2009

Advance is pleased to announce that it is supporting the Legal Wales Conference taking place at the Marriott Hotel, Cardiff on Friday, October 9th. 2009. The Conference's organisers has lined up an impressive array of speakers, not least the Lord Chief Justice. Advance Chief Executive, Adrian Mason said 'the opportunity to sponsor such an important event for Welsh practitioners is both an honour and a logical step for us. We have made no secret of the fact that we want to support Welsh lawyers in their professional development and events like this bring together Welsh legal talent he added. Over the last 12 months Advance CPD has formed partnerships with Bangor University, Swansea University and the North Wales Branch of Solicitors for the Elderly demonstarting its commitment to Welsh lawyers and Welsh legal affairs.

The Conference commences at 10 a.m. and runs throughout the day. There are a number of breakout sessions planned and Advance itself will be giving an abdriged presentation of the 'Negligence in Your Filing Cabinet' seminar designed by Michaela Leyshon of Swansea University.
