The course is aimed at practitioners with a busy Magistrates´ Court practice – it will aim to cover important changes to areas of law that are encountered on a daily basis. The event is conveniently timed to ensure that valuable time out of the office is minimised.

• Criminal Procedure & evidence – recent significant developments –
• new Orders available to a Magistrates´ Court;
• a reminder of the changes to the availability of bail;
• PACE cases and changes;
• Sentencing – an update on recent cases of significance for practitioners in the Magistrates’ Court and Crown Court
